Emerita Professor Jocey Quinn

Jocey Quinn is an Emerita Professor of Lifelong Learning at University of Plymouth UK. Her research focuses on adults learning, particularly in universities and beyond formal education. It includes research on the mass participation of women in HE, working class drop out from HE, first generation entry to HE, student volunteering and student work placements. She has led many funded research projects for research councils, major charities, government bodies and international agencies. Her current research for the Leverhulme Trust focuses on everyday learning for those over 65. She has published widely including five research monographs.
